Lab Information

Lab charges are billed separately from your office visit. You will receive a statement from our partner lab Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL), depending on the test(s) ordered. Copays or coinsurance are applied to this lab that provides testing services according to the terms of your specific insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to make sure that your insurance is in network with CPL prior to the lab draw. If your insurance is not in network, please inform your doctor or the phlebotomist that you will need to take a print out of the lab order with you to the facility that is in your network in order to avoid being billed directly from CPL.
