Team Meeting and Heartagram Day

Finally! We should be getting materials from Warner within the week so we can get started promoting this new album. The question now is who is able to meet up with Holly and myself for a team meeting? Our numbers seem to have dwindled since the last album so we need to see who's still around and who wants to participate. If you can't make a meeting, don't worry! We can always mail you materials.

Also Heartagram Day is coming up on Feb 13. We'll be doing an online party via Euro-Rock Radio around noon that day and naturally you're welcome to join us there but we may also try to plan on getting together after that as well - go grab some drinks/coffee/food and do a bit of promoting. It would be in the Dallas area most likely. So - who's up for that?

Let us know when/if you're available for a meeting and what areas and times are easiest for you so we can decide the best times!

We'd love to do a meeting on Heartagram Day yes. Just trying to decide what time and where. We'll be doing the Euro-Rock Radio show until 2pm so it would need to be after that.

The bigger question is where? Is someplace like the Galleria or downtown Dallas a good central location for everyone?

The weather, obviously, has made traveling around Dallas a little iffy. I'm trying to decide now if downtown is still a good idea. There's also the radio show. Ville is most likely calling in but there's the possibility I might have to let the show run a bit late to make sure he's got time. Which makes planning things a bit difficult.

And Keta since you're in Ft. Worth I'd hate for you to have to drive back after the sun goes down if the weather is still crummy.

So I'm thinking we can either just meet somewhere for a short time and at least get to know each other a bit (and hand out materials if you don't have them already) or we can reschedule for next weekend when the weather will be better. The radio show will run til 2 - possibly 3pm which means I wouldn't get down to downtown Dallas until about 4. Would you all rather wait til next weekend when we can meet earlier in the afternoon?

If everyone still wants to meet I suppose we could meet at House of Blues at 4:30 or so and just do an early dinner and hang out?

decisions decisions. I'm up for waiting until next weekend for Dallas where we can have more daylight hours...but I just can't drive in the rain because my windshield wipers are broken.

Ok let's do next weekend then (so long as it's not raining). I'm going to be a nutcase tomorrow as it is lol and I'll feel better with more daylight and less snow on the ground.
